Archer and Scout

ahoy there...this is Scout and Archer...originally for a OC design contest for ...for his new comic ...however i kinda fell in love w/ them and i think ill be using them for my own comic haha (yes yes hes ok w/ it)...anyhow..i guess ill design a different char for the contest...

go ahead and ask questions if you want...im sure i left stuff out..however read the backstory before asking >_>

-Scout and Archer Backstory-

Once upon a time there was these two people things.... that werent really people...well they look like it but...they live down in the underworldy area so you can ...interpret that as you will.

ANYHOW...

They were brother and sister...Archer and Scout. One splendiferous day they were taking a walk down some dark dingy spooky foresty area...AND THEN BAM...this guy was like “imma attack you!”.

And he totally did.

Archer and hound stood their ground and pushed Scout back. (Cause hes an overprotective older brother and thats how he rolls). Of course it was an EPIC battle, cause archer and hound..they pwn...they pwn hard. Sadly ..the attacking dude of doomy attackingness..pwned harder. Hound was knocked out, leaving Archer to battle on his own. Archer was injured pretty badly and the guy left him there to die.

BUT...he totally forgot about Scout..who was hiding in the ...dark dingy spooky bushes. After he left she ran out to Archer (Cause shes a smothery worried little sister and thats how she rolls.) She was all weepy and that sort of thing, but Archer had an idea. He possessed her right eye just before he died....this of course caused a lot of all that traumatic fainting stuff..that people do...when...their eyes get possessed...and such...anyhow. She was nurtured back to health and given an eyepatch (the guy who fixed her though her eye was damaged) ...thats WHEN SHE KNEW.....that.....if the eye was covered she was fine...she tried moving it once and *MAGIC SOUND EFFECTZ* ...she turned into Archer. After that she realized that they shared the same “body” to some effect. Also when she was healed she took on Pookie as a pet...not realizing that it was Hound..until of course she turned into Archer and then OH NOES....Pookie turned into Hound. (yay!)

Scout, Esquire(her spear) and pookie are bound by the shiny bluish orby things on all of them...The can be seperated but they will always be able to find eachother.

Scout is forever trying to find a way to get Archer back...and out of her eye..(she doesnt like to share....hah!...plus she misses him a lot)

-Regarding Esquire-

After all that other crap, Scout thought it was time to go home...and play with all the toys Archer never let her touch. He had this one really awesome action figure that had a super uber spear of evil uberness. So she picked it up and then IT MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER SPEARED into this giant THING...with TEETH...(whoa....).

Esquire became a sort of pet...but also an awesome sharp weapony thing to bring on the pain. Esquire is only like this for Scout. The second Scout turns into Archer, Esquire goes back to action figure weapon status.

-Regarding Hound/Pookie-

Much like Esquire, Hound is only Hound when Archer is around. When Scout is around, Hound turns into Pookie..a basically useless floaty cat/shadowy thing. However Pookie will move Scouts eyepatch to force Archer back at times. These times are when Scout is in danger and is being stupid and stubborn.

-Regarding Scout-

Scout seems to be very good w/ a spear, but mostly its Esquire on autopilot. (After a while Scout learns how to act like she knows what shes doing) She has to ability to levitate/float. ...sometimes she can ..fly..but not for very long/far.

She has hands but her sleeves wrap around them and almost anything they come in contact with. Both Scout and Archer have the ability to sneak and merge w/ shadows, however many of their kind see through this guise, and possess the same ability. (Its more a way to travel, or get around, than a way of escape from trouble)

-Regarding Archer-

Archer can fly...cause he has wings DUH...he is forced to carry little toy Esquire around, which isnt very manly...and hes not very happy about that. (Especially since more often then not, when he comes around its to protect Scout...and the most he can do with toy Esquire is poke at things) However he does have Hound..and spooky magical powery things..

As you may notice, his body/suit thing and hounds fur is covered in eyes...he can see through all of these if he so chooses. He can also see through his right eye...which is really scouts possessed eye....however scout can see through her left eye at all times....unless Archer decides to be evil and and cover it with the eyepatch. (Archer cannot see anything Scout does, but he can talk to her through the orb on Pookies collar and Scout can talk to him through the orb on Esquire)
